Payment

All orders require a 50% deposit and must be paid in full at time of shipping. All payments made via PayPal or Venmo.

Shipping

I ship my products via USPS First Class, with insurance and tracking information with every order. Each product is made to order.

Estimated arrival is based on the purchase date, the customers location, and processing time. Other factors - such as delivery carrier delays or placing an order on weekend/bank holiday, may push the arrival of your item beyond this date.

If you need to have an order by a specific date, please stipulate this from the onset of commission and I will accommodate you the best that I can. If ordering multiple items, the order will ship in one package using the item with the longest shipping estimate, unless otherwise discussed.

International shipping is always available. International customers are responsible for any import tariffs imposed on their order.

Returns

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged I cannot accept returns for any order.

Cancellations of orders will forfeit all deposits.
